HemeCores Healthcare is a licensed food business operating under FSSAI Central Licence 10726997000251 and GSTIN 24DBDPP7390M1Z2. HemeFe is a food product, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It should be used under medical or healthcare supervision.

2. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order and to refund any amount paid in such cases. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing & payment

Payments are processed securely through our authorised third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered through our logistics providers across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Returns & refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
